We do not allow parties or events. Visitors are allowed but exceeding the overnight occupancy or making excessive noise during quiet hours is not allowed. If we determine you are disturbing the peace, it will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
There is a $20 charge per rug/upholstery stain left in the home. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time to clean.
If our cleaners are not able to clean due to a late checkout, a $75 charge will be assessed.
There is a $200 cleaning charge for cigarette or marijuana smoke removal.
If the sink clogs during your stay, a $200 charge will be assessed to have a plumber make repairs.
We cannot guarantee you will be able to receive it.
Excessive stained towels and bedding sheets will incur a $15 per towel (or bedding sheet) to replace.
Outside of normal wear and tear, if the house is left filthy, there will be an extra $200 deep cleaning charge.
