Door Lock
How to Unlock the Door:
- Wake up the keypad by touching it.
- Enter your unique 8-digit access code provided in your check-in instructions email.
- After entering the code, tap and hold the house button on the right side of the keypad.
- You’ll hear the lock unlock and will beep and the light will flash green to indicate a successful unlock.
How to Lock the Door:
- To lock the door, simply press and hold the button on the left side of the keypad until you hear a beep and the door locks.
- The light will flash red to indicate the door is locked.
Troubleshooting:
If you see a red light, when trying to lock the door, you'll need to reset the deadbolt. Reset the deadlock by manually turning the lock right to left then close the door. When you see a blue light, pull the door handle, then tap and hold the lock icon (on the left) of the number pad.
Battery Life:
The Eufy Smart Lock is powered by a battery pack. If the battery pack is low, the lock will give you a warning with a flashing red light. Simply slide the cover upwards to gain access to the battery pack and remove to charge with a USBC cord. Let it charge overnight and re-install the battery.
