SUU: Utah Shakespeare Festival
Located in Cedar City, Utah, the Utah Shakespeare Festival is a Tony Award-winning, professional repertory theatre located on the campus of Southern Utah University that presents Shakespeare, musicals, and plays from other playwrights every June through October in three theatres at the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Center for the Arts

The Utah Summer Games
The Utah Summer Games, is a sporting festival in Cedar City, Utah, functioning as the official ‘State Games’ for the state of Utah. Founded in 1986, the organization strives to create an atmosphere of competition that invokes the traditions of the Olympic Games, creating a sense of community and connection that can only be found through sports. The Summer Games takes place between March-August.

Fourth of July Celebration
The Cedar City Fireworks display will take place after dark, on July 4th, at the Cedar City airport, provided by the Cedar City Fire Department.

Renaissance Fair
The Utah Midsummer Renaissance Faire is a festival in Cedar City, Utah that takes place in July. The festival is based on the tradition of medieval festival days, when people would gather in the city's walls to sell their wares, eat, play, and socialize. The Utah Midsummer Renaissance Faire is one of the oldest Renaissance fairs in the country.

Iron County Fair
Held over the Labor Day weekend (August) in the “Mother Town” of southern Utah, Parowan, the Iron County Fair is a tradition that continues to bring together families, neighbors, and friends making new memories every year. Cedar City Livestock and Heritage Festival
The Cedar Livestock and Heritage Festival is an annual event in Cedar City, Utah that honors the city's agricultural heritage. This lively event takes place every October. Check out the Sheep Parade, the festival's highlight, featuring about 1,000 sheep herded down Main Street.
